Joanna is a Private Client Partner.
Joanna specialises in succession planning, including foreign assets. She advises high-net-worth individuals and their families on succession planning to protect their estates across generations – as well maximising the availability of both Agricultural and and Business Property Reliefs.
She works closely with financial advisers and accountants to implement bespoke wealth structures with a focus on the use of trusts, often linked with family investment companies, for preserving and transferring wealth between generations.
Joanna also advises on navigating the complexities of high-value estate administration, including the variations of wills for proactive asset protection, and the creation and administration of complex trust structures.
She also has experience in advising families on safeguarding the financial future for vulnerable or disabled beneficiaries.
