With more than 20 years’ experience, Stephanie advises national housebuilders, regional developers, and landowners across a range of transactions.
She specialises residential and mixed-use development, alongside working on large-scale regeneration and mixed-use development projects.
Stephanie’s expertise spans site acquisitions, options, bulk sales of affordable housing plots, joint venture arrangements, and assisting with the preparation of formal tender submissions. She also advises on commercial property matters linked to the acquisition of former commercial properties for residential-led development, as well as the disposal of commercial properties that form part of the new developments.
