Sian is a Residential Property Senior Associate.
Sian is experienced in all aspects of residential property. She deals with a broad variety of transactions including; sales, purchases, transfers of equity, assents, re-mortgages, unregistered properties, adverse possession, reconstructions of titles, correcting title issues, private legal charges – as well as being a member of the Equity Release Council.
She supports a range of clients including private individuals, first-time buyers, limited companies, high-net-worth individuals and investors with large property portfolios.
Examples of Sian’s work include:
- Assisting a client whose house was Freehold possessory and also had a leasehold house built on unregistered land adjacent. She arranged to both register the leasehold title and upgrade the title to freehold absolute.
