Zoe specialises in supporting clients with will drafting; trust creation, administration, and restructuring; and probate and estate administration.
Her areas of expertise include drafting and advising on will structures to accommodate changing family circumstances; creating bespoke Lasting Powers of Attorney to cover the control of business assets separately from personal wealth; assisting with registering the older-style Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian; administering estates and trusts; and dealing with shares held abroad and estate land with missing title deeds.
She also advises on estates with charities as residual beneficiaries, including advising on Charity Commission reporting requirements.
Zoe is an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and has completed specialist training to become a Dementia Friend.
Examples of Zoe’s work include:

- Administering an estate for the benefit of long-lost relatives in Poland.
- Successfully navigating a settlement from a pension provider for a substantial payment to an unmarried surviving partner, despite her not being next-of-kin or provided for in any letters of wishes.
