Philip is a Family Partner.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Philip specialises in high-net-worth matters, and has been instructed by entrepreneurs, business owners, legal and financial professionals, medical professionals, and sports professionals.
His areas of expertise include are divorce, financial consequences arising from the breakdown of a relationship, pre -and post-nuptial agreements, and child arrangements.
Much of Philip’s work involves complex financial issues arising from divorce, business assets, inherited assets, hidden assets and pensions – as well as complex children disputes involving parental alienation, and internal and international relocation.
Philip focuses on achieving constructive and appropriate solutions outside of Court to benefit clients, as well as through the Court process when this is not possible.
He is recognised in the Legal 500 as a Leading Individual for Family in the West Midlands. He is also a member of Resolution – an organisation for family lawyers that strives to resolve family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way.

- Acting for a property developer wife in a financial remedy application at Court concerning 14 properties, investment portfolio and pensions.
- Acting for a client in a pre-nuptial agreement matter where the assets were in excess of £80 million.
- Acting for a client in a financial remedy matter where business valuation is disputed and hidden assets are an issue.
- Acting for a doctor in a complex child arrangements matter at court with issues of parental alienation, implacable hostility and abuse.
- Acting for a GP in financial remedy proceedings where property and large NHS pensions are an issue.
