Rob is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Rob advises on freehold disposals and acquisitions, leasehold work for landlords and tenants, development projects, and corporate acquisitions and disposals.
His areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals, lease transactions, development projects, general asset and estate management, acting both lenders and borrowers on refinancing, and corporate support.
Rob acts for a wide range of national and local clients including developers, funders, investors, landlords and tenants, with a particular specialism supporting clients in the retail and leisure sectors (including high-street restaurant owners, gym operators and gallery owners).
Examples of Rob’s work include:
- Acting for a landowner and developer on a significant housing development project in Birmingham to deliver 49 residential properties at a complex site in the heart of the city.
- Acting for a landowner on a high-end development in Edgbaston, Birmingham, with the project to include a land surrender and development to incorporate major changes to the client’s property.
- Acting on the purchase of an engineering company involving freehold and leasehold properties, options and occupational licences.
