Gareth is a Corporate Partner.
Gareth advises across a broad range of corporate work including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, group reorganisations and commercial transactions.
He advises private equity funds and their portfolio business, corporates, owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs on deals in the UK and overseas.
Gareth also has particular specialism in advising Northern European PE backed businesses on UK buy-and-build strategies and reinvestment structures.
Examples of Gareth’s work include:
- Advising WTR Group (backed by Aspira Partners) on a number of UK acquisitions, including the acquisition of Euroflo Fluid Handling, SI Pumps and Hydrmarque.
- Advising Qflow Group (backed by Aspira Partners) on a number of UK acquisition, including Caneparo Associates and EAS Transport Planning.
- Advising WTech Fire (backed by Waterland) on its acquisition of Jem Fire Pumps and English law aspects of its sale to API Group Corporation.
- Advising MTM Engineering (backed by Waterland) on its acquisition of TA Ronan.
- Advising Identity Global on its acquisition of the Smyle Group, Beyond Business Travel and Coda Healthcare.
