Ellie is a Corporate Associate.
Ellie advises across a range of corporate matters, including share sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, private equity transactions, corporate demergers, and group reorganisations.
She works closely with business owners, investors and management teams, supporting transactions from commencement to completion.
Her expertise includes managing due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, advising on disclosure requirements, and running disclosure processes in both asset and share sales.
Ellie has particular experience supporting clients in the healthcare sector, including sales and purchases of care homes.
