Paul advises across all aspects of acquisitions and sales, with particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of complex joint venture and collaboration agreements, and specialised funding structures for property transactions.
Specialising in residential and commercial property development work, he works with residential and commercial property development companies, strategic land companies, and institutional investment companies.
Examples of Paul’s work include:
- Advising on the acquisition and sub-sale of a 500-unit scheme in Kent.
- Supporting on the sale of a 520-unit block of student accommodation in Birmingham.
- Assisting with a collaboration agreement involving nine parties for the construction of circa 4,000 units in Berkshire.
