Joseph is an Immigration Associate.
Joseph advises businesses and private individuals on a broad range of UK immigration, nationality and sponsorship matters. This includes business immigration, Skilled Worker visas, sponsor licence applications, sponsorship compliance, right to work obligations, settlement applications, partner visas, and British citizenship and naturalisation matters.
He works with organisations ranging from small businesses to large national and multinational companies, as well as business owners, senior employees and private individuals seeking to live, work or settle in the UK. Much of his work involves helping employers navigate the UK’s sponsorship system, from obtaining and maintaining sponsor licences to managing compliance obligations and recruiting overseas workers.
He is particularly interested in complex immigration matters where the circumstances do not fit neatly within the Immigration Rules. These cases often require careful analysis of legislation, Home Office policy and evidential requirements to identify a viable solution.
Joseph advises organisations operating across a broad range of sectors and does not specialise in a single industry.
