Ceri is a Corporate Senior Associate.
Ceri supports clients with their corporate transactions, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and group re-organisations.
She also advises on shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, as well as general company law and corporate governance matters.
Acting for owner-managers, SMEs, entrepreneurs and private equity investors, her experience spans a broad range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, finance, technology, healthcare, retail and construction.
Examples of Ceri’s work include:
- Completing a complex group re-organisation for a healthcare company.
- Advising on the disposal of part of the share capital of a pharmaceutical company.
- Supporting a finance business in relation to the implementation of a joint share ownership scheme for managers and employees.
- Providing advice and implementation of a succession plan for a family-owned business to allow parents to retire, release capital and maintain an income.
