Stephanie is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Stephanie acts on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, with an emphasis on the office, retail and industrial sectors.
She deals with all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, specialising in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, renewals, licences to underlet, licences to assign and consent to carry out works. This includes acting on secured lending transactions, dealing with real estate aspects of corporate transactions, specialising in both share and asset purchase transactions, portfolio management and development work.
She also works on residential developments, specialising in initial site set-up and freehold and leasehold plot sales.
Stephanie works with private companies, SMEs, individuals, commercial landlords, tenants, residential and commercial developers, banks, retailers, and commercial property and landowners.
Examples of Stephanie’s work include:
- Advising on site acquisition and site assembly for freehold and leasehold developments, and residential plot sales for regional and national house builders, ranging from five to 700 units per site.
- Acting for a major British clothing and textile retailer in respect of standalone stores together with concessions.
- Supporting a company refinance for £20 million.
- Assisting with the acquisition and development of multiple sites for the provision of special educational needs.
- Acquiring leasehold sites for a major UK-based contractor and trader who specialises in the processing, transport and supply of wood, timber products and waste materials for the renewable energy, recycling and panel board manufacturing industries.
