Duncan is a Regional Client Services Director.
Duncan Harty is a Regional Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business across Southampton and Lymington. He brings significant commercial experience, developed through working with investors, developers, financial institutions and entrepreneurs on complex business and investment matters.
Duncan focuses on understanding clients’ objectives and ensuring they can draw on the breadth of expertise and relationships available across our business. He connects clients with the right people across our legal specialisms and locations, looking beyond the immediate requirement to understand where our wider capability can add value.
His background across development, investment, finance and major commercial projects gives Duncan a strong understanding of the considerations behind significant business and investment decisions. He brings that perspective to his regional leadership, combining commercial judgement with an appreciation of opportunity, risk and the different interests involved.
Across Southampton and Lymington, Duncan draws on strong regional relationships and the reach of our national network to identify opportunities and connect clients with expertise and people beyond their immediate market.
