Caroline advises employers and senior executives on a range of employment law issues.

Her expertise includes contentious matters such as proceedings in the tribunal and working with Disputes in Court proceedings (such as those involving injunctive relief), alongside non-contentious including strategic advice and transactions involving asset or share sales.

Caroline works with founders launching their businesses, alongside executives on exit. She often works on exits in relation to any shareholding, particularly if the individual has any potential personal liability.
