Cheuk is a Private Client Associate.
Cheuk advises across a range of private client matters.
Her expertise spans the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping clients to put arrangements in place for trusted individuals to make decisions on their behalf if required; registering Enduring Powers of Attorney; preparing wills; and advising clients on ensuring their wishes are appropriately reflected in their estate planning.
Cheuk is also involved in the administration of estates of varying sizes and complexity, including taxable estates. She supports clients throughout the probate process, helping to ensure estates are administered smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
Examples of Cheuk’s work include:
- Advising on the preparation and structuring of wills incorporating trust provisions.
- Administering complex estates, including those with Inheritance Tax liabilities.
- Assisting with the administration of estates that are contentious in nature.
- Assisting with trust registrations, ongoing trust administration, and the winding up of trusts, including compliance monitoring and documentation preparation.
