Charlotte is a Residential Property Partner.
Charlotte has more than 20 years’ experience across broad range of residential property matters, with particular expertise in sales, purchasers, freeholds, leaseholds, transfers of equity, equity release, new build properties and re-financing.
She also advises on restrictive covenants, easements and restrictions, deeds of variation , defective title issues, sales of part and unregistered land.
Charlotte works with high-net-worth individuals, and has close working relationships with estate agents, developers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, accountants and financial advisers.
Examples of Charlotte’s work include:
- Acting on the purchase of a high-value property in the Thames Valley with complex title issues.
- Acting for a client in the sale of a high-value property on the river in Henley-on-Thames with complex title issues.
- Supporting a number of clients in completing their transactions prior to the June 2021 Stamp Duty relief deadline.
