Rhiannon is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Rhiannon deals with all aspects of commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters, sale and purchase of purely commercial or mixed-use property, asset management, and secured lending work.
Her experience includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property development, corporate assistance, finance and refinance.
She has particular expertise in the healthcare sector, including advising on share and asset sales and acquisitions; demergers; incorporations; and refinancing arrangements.
Rhiannon works with a range of clients including companies, individuals, self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs), commercial landlords, tenants, and investors.
Examples of Rhiannon’s work include:
- Assisting on a refinance with strict deadlines due to a risk of insolvency.
- Supporting on the sale of commercial property for a pension fund.
- Acting on the purchase of mixed-use property as part of a dental asset purchase.
- Assisting on the assignment of a lease of a mixed-use property for an incoming tenant as part of a pharmacy share sale.
- Acting for a seller on a demerger involving the transfer of property, prior dental share sale, and complex Stamp Duty Land Tax relief and advice.
