Victoria is a Disputes Partner.
Victoria supports businesses and individuals across a wide range of disputes including contractual disputes, misrepresentation, breaches of confidentiality or restrictive covenants and professional negligence.
She also advises on property disputes arising between commercial landlords and tenants, including unopposed lease renewals, break notices and service charge disputes, and commercial and residential possession claims.
Examples of Victoria’s work include:
- Successfully settling a professional negligence claim at mediation against a firm of solicitors for negligent advice to a company director.
- Securing payment on behalf of a horse trainer for substantial unpaid training fees.
- Negotiating settlement of a misrepresentation claim relating to an aborted sale of a pharmacy.
