Susan is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Susan works with local and regionally-based clients, assisting them in acquiring sites for residential and commercial developments, and preparing sites and the necessary documents for sales.
She supports clients from the beginning to the end of the development process, working with clients to establish if a site is appropriate for the development they are proposing, and assisting with solutions for issues that are identified.
Examples of Susan’s work include:
- Acquiring development sites and negotiating contracts conditional on planning consent being obtained.
- Working with clients in development funding arrangements including forward funding arrangements.
- Advising on, and assembling, the necessary documents for sales of developed sites.
- Acting in the purchase of residential apartment blocks.
