Sameer has experience acting for a banking institution on secured lending transactions involving both commercial and residential property.

He regularly advises on acquisitions and refinances where security is being taken over freehold and leasehold property, acting for both lenders and borrowers.

His work includes carrying out detailed title investigations, preparing and negotiating reports on title, satisfying lender requirements, advising on property risks, completing security documentation and ensuring the timely registration of legal charges and related interests at HM Land Registry.
