Rosanna is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Rosanna acts for a diverse client base on a range of property transactions and asset management. She ensures that her advice is aligned with clients’ wider business objectives to effectively manage their property interests.
She advises an institutional investor client with the governance of a complex property portfolio of over 200,000 leasehold properties across England and Wales. She provides advice to support the delivery of positive tenant outcomes alongside responsible long-term asset management.
Rosanna supports building owners and management companies in relation to their Building Safety Act obligations, liaising with major developers to put in place agreements to facilitate the inspection and remediation of buildings with life critical defects.
Rosanna is experienced in landlord and tenant matters across a variety of industries, with particular expertise in the pharmacy sector. For more than five years, Rosanna has advised a pharmacy client in operating more than 240 sites nationwide on acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, licences for alterations, and general portfolio matters.
Examples of Rosanna’s work include:
- Drafting and negotiating inspection licences and remedial work agreements for property owners and management companies in relation to Building Safety Act compliance.
- Estate management of a national pharmacy chain with a portfolio of leasehold and freehold properties.
- Assisting with the sale of a portfolio of 32 pharmacy stores.
- Acting for an international fast food restaurant in the acquisition of a new central London outlet.
