Paul specialises in corporate real estate and real estate finance transactions ,with a particular focus on operational real estate and alternative asset classes – particularly in the hotels, hospitality and healthcare sectors. He also advises on development transactions in the industrial, logistics and residential sectors.

He has extensive experience of high-value investment transactions, and advises private equity funds, high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, asset managers and owners and operators on their investment, development, and funding arrangements.

Paul has extensive experience in real estate finance, and advises clients on the most effective ways to maximise and preserve asset values and future-proof assets and portolios for refinancing through to exit.

He regularly advises clients on their joint venture and asset management arrangements with co-investors and funding agreements with lenders.
