• Completing the purchase of a high-rise apartment following the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022, ensuring the client secured the protections afforded under the Act.
• Completing the purchase of a new build property within four days to secure the buyer a discount.
• Acting for a client in the purchase of a property at auction and subsequent self-build mortgage.
