Lloyd is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Lloyd acts for landlords, tenants, investors and owner-managed businesses across industrial, logistics, retail, office and mixed-use assets, advising on a broad range of property transactions including commercial purchases and sales, landlord and tenant matters and corporate support.
He also advises on first registrations, easements, auction sales and purchases, post-tax planning intra-company and intra-family transfers/gifts and SIPP-related disposals.
Lloyd also supports on asset sales and purchases, ensuring property elements complete seamlessly alongside the wider deal.

- Advising on complex leasing and occupational arrangements, including agreements for lease with linked licences to occupy, phased fit-out structures, and detailed licences for alterations and transactions involving multiple interdependent documents and deadlines.
