Leon is an Employment Partner.
Leon provides strategic and day-to-day advice on all aspects of employment law and HR issues, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
He helps senior business leaders, HR professionals and General Counsels with any complex matter which is causing concern. This often includes complex or sensitive litigation, TUPE transfers, collective consultation, change of terms, corporate support, senior exits and strategic change.
Leon has worked across a range of sectors, including supporting high-profile charities and well-known retailers.
Leon has particular expertise in working with clients going through change or growth. Notably, clients who have either received their first round of Private Equity investment or are considering a float.
Leon also delivers training to senior business leaders and HR teams on a wide variety of specific topics such as equal opportunities and forthcoming employment law changes.
