Krystal is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Krystal has experience in commercial landlord and tenant asset management matters, including lease drafting, lease re-gearing, lease surrendering, lease subletting and lease assignment. She also has experience in acquisition and disposal of commercial premises (office blocks, retail parks and stand-alone commercial premises) with a focus on long term investment value.
She also works on the acquisition and disposals of businesses (ranging from casinos and aviation catering companies to property maintenance companies).
Krystal also supports on the acquisition, development, funding and leasing of care homes to provide high quality, long term residential care and nursing.
Krystal acts for local businesses such as cafes, coffee shops and hairdressers for property acquisitions, leases and general property advice.
Examples of Krystal’s work include:
- Working in respect of the acquisition of various property maintenance companies who specialise in providing high-quality building maintenance and retrofit services for social housing and public sector buildings.
- Dealing with the real estate elements of the acquisition of casino businesses and the nationwide expansion of Merkur’s slots venues.
- Acting for The University of Oxford in respect of leasing premises for student accommodation.
