Keren is a Real Estate Investment Associate.
Keren advise across a range of property transactions, overseeing the preparation, coordination, and progression of matters from initial instruction through to completion.
She has particular expertise advising on portfolio management and asset strategy, land acquisition and site structuring, and investment transactions and funding support.
Alongside assisting commercial freeholders in the acquisition and administration of large-scale property portfolios (including both freehold and leasehold developments), Keren is also experienced in progressing Deeds of Variation through to completion.
