Katia is a Residential Property Senior Associate.
Katia deals with all types of residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate sales, leases, remortgage, transfer of equity, transfer of parts, new build purchases and plot sales.
She supports a range of clients – spanning from first time buyers to property investors and developers.
Examples of Katia’s work include:
- Acting for a large developer in relation to the sale of student new build apartments in Sheffield.
- Acting on behalf of an investor client in the purchase of holiday lets properties.
- Dealing with a number of probate sales.
- Dealing with high-value sales and purchase in London and across the country, including in Wales.
