Jonathon Hogg is a Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business in Chester. His focus is on our clients and relationships across Chester and the wider Cheshire West and North Wales region, combining a strong understanding of the local community with access to expertise across our national network.
Jonathon works closely with clients to understand what matters to them and the support they need. By bringing together expertise from across our business, he helps ensure clients have access to the right people and advice as their needs develop, whether locally or elsewhere across the country.
His knowledge of the region and the relationships he has developed also enable him to make valuable connections for clients, drawing on both our local relationships and wider national network.
Jon is an active part of Chester’s professional and wider community, developing relationships with businesses, individuals, advisers and organisations across the region and strengthening the connections that enable us to support clients both locally and nationally.
Jon is an experienced Commercial Real Estate lawyer, advising clients on complex and high-value property acquisitions. He has particular experience in transactions involving substantial portfolios and large-scale developments, combining legal expertise with the coordination and project management needed to deliver complex acquisitions effectively.
His experience includes advising on the £36 million acquisition of a real estate portfolio, the acquisition of a large-scale mixed-use development for a national housebuilder and the acquisition of one of London’s tallest residential towers, as well as advising Long Harbour on legislative reforms affecting leasehold developments.
I think this is stronger than retaining the current language about ‘managing a team of acquisition professionals’ and taking a ‘hands on’ approach. Those describe how Knights is organised internally rather than the value Jon brings to clients. The revised version makes his ability to handle large, complicated transactions the differentiator, while still capturing the project-management strength behind it.
