Her expertise covers drafting robust wills, guardianship arrangements, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and the strategic establishment and administration of trusts.
Jenny specialises in wealth protection, Inheritance Tax mitigation, and the transfer of diverse assets across generations, frequently managing cases involving international links or intricate family business structures. She also guides clients through the entire probate and estate administration process.
