Jennifer is a Family Associate.
Jennifer advises across a range of private family law matters including divorce, civil partnerships and separation, property disputes between cohabitees, and child arrangements.
She has a particular expertise in resolving financial matters on relationship breakdown.
Examples of Jennifer’s work include:
- Advising and negotiating financial settlements on relationship breakdown both in and out of court.
- Advising cohabitees experiencing relationship breakdown on their property entitlements.
- Advised an intervenor on an application by a wife to set aside a property transfer from a husband to his mother (the intervenor).
- Advising a father in relation to the internal relocation of his children by their mother, as well as on child arrangements.
