Jeannie is a Residential Property Senior Associate.
Jeannie specialises exclusively in retirement new-build conveyancing. She brings more than 35 years of experience in advising buyers on the sale and purchase of retirement properties across England and Wales.
Jeannie has also developed a particular specialism in retirement developments, acting on a volume of purchases for many of the UK’s leading retirement homebuilders. Her experience encompasses leasehold and freehold retirement properties, complex development documentation, planning agreements, NHBC and other new-home warranties, management structures, service charge provisions, event fee arrangements, and the unique legal considerations associated with later living communities.
She ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout the transaction, explaining complex legal issues in straightforward terms and providing practical solutions to enable informed decisions.
