Holly is a Residential Property Associate.
Holly has more than 15 years’ experience in residential sales and purchases with an in-depth understanding of government-backed buying schemes such as Homestepper and Forces Help to Buy.
She acts for individual clients both buying new build properties from developers and those selling existing properties, often with mortgage finance, gifted funds or cash purchases.
Holly often liaises with clients, other legal advisers, mortgage lenders, brokers, developers and local authorities to progress transactions and establish timescales.
Examples of Holly’s work include:
- Handling off-plan purchases including early exchange before construction completion.
- Reviewing Contact and Transfer documentation to ensure rights and access and plot boundaries.
- Issuing sale contracts and dealing with queries raised with buyers’ solicitors.
