Gintare assists on a range of employment matters including day-to-day HR queries and settlement agreements, with particular expertise in workplace disputes.
Her expertise includes updating staff handbooks and contracts of employment, alongside drafting settlement agreements, COT3 forms, and consultancy agreements.
She also assists in tribunal matters, including drafting Grounds of Resistance for disability discrimination claims and submitting responses to employment claims.
