Gethin is a Residential Property Partner.
Gethin advises on all types of residential properties from starter homes and apartments, through to celebrity mansions and housing developments. He deals with sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, transfers of equity, plot sales and lease extensions.
Gethin’s clients span the country, particularly in Cheshire, Manchester, and London, where he has dealt with many high value properties. Gethin also has experience dealing with properties in Wales.
He works with a number of estate agents, financial advisers and accountants.

- Achieving exchange of contracts on a sale and purchase in Cheshire within a week of instruction, despite some complexities around the title and land included with the purchase property.
- Dealing with a holiday home purchase in Anglesey, North Wales, within two weeks.
- Working on the sale of a country home and purchase of a city property in London for a TV personality.
- Dealing with a new home purchase for a Premier League manager.
- Acting for a sports professional in the purchase of several investment properties via a limited company.
