- Acting for an overseas company in the sale of their portfolio of leasehold properties, several of which had defective leases, while ensuring their obligations were met on the Register of Overseas Entities following the implementation of The Economic Crime Act 2022.
- Overseeing the purchase of a high-rise flat in London immediately following the implementation of the Building Safety Act 2022, ensuring that clients were afforded protections under the Act.
- Achieving a ten-day completion deadline following an auction purchase from a charity which had a defective title containing various charitable restrictions.
- Acting in the complex sale of a house in multiple occupation which was held in a trust and involved a Community Interest Company which was being dissolved.
