Gemma has extensive experience across all aspects of commercial and residential property matters, with particular expertise of handling multi-tenanted commercial property investments and lettings, funding work, auction sales and purchases, secured lending, Islamic finance, refinancing, and distressed portfolio sales.
With specialist knowledge spanning a range of sectors including aviation, logistics, retail, hospitality, digital, technology, media, events management, sports, and banking, Gemma works with private and corporate landlords, tenants, funders, lenders, and borrowers, alongside representing professional services clients including accountants, architects, law firms, and travel agencies.
