Erin is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Erin specialises in advising on the real estate aspects of complex corporate transactions, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, reorganisations, management buy-outs, and flotations.
She has more than 20 years’ experience supporting domestic and overseas corporate clients to manage and grow their commercial property portfolios in the UK – with expertise spanning due diligence, risk management, refurbishment, redevelopment, resale options, and ways to maximise value.
Examples of Erin’s work include:
- Acting sell-side on the disposal of an international military pyrotechnics group with multiple UK properties.
- Acting for a prestigious London law firm expanding its offices across the country.
- Undertaking vendor due diligence to support a multi-national client in achieving a sale through an auction process with multiple bidders.
- Advising the management team and shareholders of Casepak and Oceala, a materials recycling and collections business, on its buy-out by EMK Capital-backed Reconomy Group.
- Advising the owners of technology consultancy Bam Boom Cloud on its sale to US cloud commerce marketplace Pax8.
