Emma is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Emma advises on a broad range of commercial property matters throughout the property lifecycle – from acquisition and financing, through to ongoing asset management and eventual disposal.
Her work includes drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements for lease and other property documentation, carrying out title due diligence, and identifying and resolving property-related issues to help transactions proceed efficiently and successfully.
She has particular expertise in property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending transactions, asset management for property investors, pension and property investment funds, and the negotiation of commercial leases and ancillary property documents for both landlords and tenants.
Emma also provides property support and strategic advice in connection with corporate sales, acquisitions and reorganisations to ensure that real estate considerations are identified and managed effectively as part of wider business transactions.
She works with a diverse client base including private companies, PLCs, charities, individuals, professional trustees, property investors and pension funds.

- Acting on a dual representation basis for a client and lender on the refinance of a property portfolio.
- Advising a property developer client on the acquisition of a site to build a padel court facility.
