He works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives at every stage of a transaction, providing tailored, pragmatic, and commercially-focused advice to support clients to achieve their objects while effectively managing legal and transactional risks.

Elliott’s expertise includes advising on the acquisition and disposal of land, supporting clients on a variety of general commercial real estate transactions and providing real estate support on corporate acquisitions (including undertaking property due diligence and reviewing title issues, and assisting with the negotiation of transaction documents).
