David Alp

David is experienced in the sale and purchase of property for residential occupation, from flats and houses to landed estates. He has been in private practice for more than 45 years, and practices extensively in London and in Kent.

David specialises in full residential property transaction services, and advises both high-net worth individuals and domestic home move clients.

He handles all residential sales and purchases, including mortgages where applicable. David also has experience of transfer of properties on death and to trustees.
