Daniel is a Corporate Solicitor.
Daniel works with both individual and corporate clients across a range of corporate matters.
His expertise spans the sale and purchase of company shares and assets, company secretarial services (including making necessary filings with Companies House and ensuring internal company registers are kept accurate and up to date), preparing internal company governance documentation (including preparing updated articles of association and shareholders’ agreements), and assisting clients with completing legal due diligence exercises.
Examples of Daniel’s work include:
- Assisting a client with the asset purchase of a casino for a value of circa £16 million.
- Assisting a client with the share purchase of a vehicle safety accessories business for a value of circa £18 million.
