Claudia supports clients across all aspects of commercial law.
She has particular expertise in commercial contracts, including contracts for the supply of goods and services, software agreements, confidentiality agreements, framework agreements, terms and conditions, and e-commerce terms.
Claudia also assists with non-contentious aviation matters including the sale, purchase and lease of aircraft and engines, aircraft interior outfitting agreements, charter agreements, and ground handling agreements.
