Carol-Anne has acted for numerous housing associations and registered providers for more than 30 years.
She provides advice in relation to property transactions in respect of shared ownership, right to buy, right to acquire, void sales, auction sales, lease extensions, initial shared ownership sales, staircasing transactions, resale transactions, deeds of variation, regeneration buy-back work, and various other intricate property transactions for social housing providers.
Carol-Anne’s work also includes ensuring that housing associations and registered providers are kept up to date with changes to the regulations by which they are governed.
