Brittany is a Commercial Associate.
Brittany advises companies across a range commercial contract matters.
She works with clients ranging from global organisations and established SMEs to founder-led and growing businesses, providing clear, commercially-focused legal advice that helps businesses make informed decisions and manage risk, while faciliting their wider business objectives.
Her work includes drafting, negotiating and advising on supply and services agreements, terms and conditions, influencer agreements, event agreements and business policies such as cookie policies and website terms of use.
She also advises on non-contentious aviation matters including advising on the sale, purchase and lease of aircraft and engines, escrow arrangements, ferry flight agreements, and process agent appointments.

- Drafting an influencer agreement for the promotion of a Michelin-star restaurant.
- Advising on a filming location agreement with a hotel to ensure adequate protection was provided during filming.
- Supporting with the improvement of a business’ suite of template event agreements.
- Providing day-to-day commercial legal support for the in-house legal team at a major global aerospace contractor.
- Advising and negotiating an MRO framework agreement for a global logistics and freight forwarding network.
- Advising a UK-based aircraft charter and leasing broker on their standard charter agreement and commission agreement.
- Drafting, advising and negotiating supply agreements for an aviation company with a particular focus on protecting its background intellectual property.
