Brendan is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Brendan provides clients with support in relation to their commercial property transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, finance or refinancing of property portfolios. He also manages the due diligence and negotiation of the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and has extensive experience in the dental and healthcare sectors.
Brendan also assists landlords and tenants in relation to the creation, termination, transfer and surrender of leasehold property.
His clients include SMEs, charities, retailers, corporates, and pension funds.
Examples of Brendan’s work include:
- Undertaking due diligence in relation to more than 400 leases for a single transaction.
- Managing the property aspects in the sale of a portfolio of dental practices.
- Refinancing a multi-site pharmacy business.
- Undertaking pre-offer due diligence on multiple leases in the acquisition of a profitable industrial estate by a pension scheme.
