Ben is a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.
Ben advises property investors, asset managers and commercial landlords on the acquisition and ongoing management of their commercial property portfolios.
His expertise includes advising on agreement for leases, re-gears, new lettings, renewal lettings, licences, rent deposit deeds, and sales.
He also advises businesses on the legal and commercial terms of leasing premises, including reviewing and negotiating leases and ancillary legal documentation to lettings, and ensuring that obligations, liabilities, break rights, rent review provisions, repair responsibilities and alienation terms are clear, balanced and aligned with the tenant’s operational needs.
Ben’s work spans a range of sectors including the retail, offices, industrial, logistics, leisure, hospitality and renewable energy sectors.

- Preparing a full suite of legal documentation for a pre-let speculative industrial scheme in North Yorkshire.
- Carrying out title reviews on a range of buildings across the country for the purposes of installing solar panel apparatus on industrial, retail and leisure premises.
- Acting on behalf of a property investment company in the sales of two properties, and subsequent re-investment of these sale proceeds on the acquisition of a new investment property.
