Andrew is a Disputes Partner.
A commercial litigator with more than 20 years’ experience, Andrew works with company owners and professionals on the resolution of commercial disputes including breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes and restrictive covenants for senior employees.
His experience includes product liability disputes and product recalls, assisting companies in dealing with the immediate public safety and regulatory requirements, establishing liability, and negotiating the recovery of costs and compensation.
Examples of Andrew’s work include:
- Acting for a company funder in a claim for breach of restrictive covenants.
- Acting for a food manufacturer in a claim for breach of contract/negligence against the designer/supplier of a defective factory fire-suppression system.
- Acting for a supplier of ophthalmic lenses in cross-border product liability claims.
- Acting for a major landscape and grounds maintenance provider in breach of contract claims against suppliers.
- Acting for a food manufacturer in respect of breach of contract claim against an Italian supplier.
