Amy is a Client Services Director.
Amy is a Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business in Lincoln. Her focus is on our clients and relationships across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire region, combining a strong understanding of the local community with access to expertise across our national network. Amy works closely with clients to understand what matters to them and the support they need. By bringing together expertise from across our business, she helps ensure clients have access to the right people and advice as their needs develop, whether locally or elsewhere across the country.
Her knowledge of Lincolnshire and the relationships she has developed across the region also enable her to make valuable connections for clients, drawing on both our local relationships and wider national network.
Amy is an active part of Lincoln’s professional and wider community, developing relationships with businesses, individuals, advisers and organisations across the region and strengthening the connections that enable us to support clients both locally and nationally.
Amy is an experienced Private Client lawyer, advising individuals, families and trustees on trusts, tax and succession planning, wills, estate administration and family governance.
She has particular expertise in complex trust matters and advising landed estate and high-net-worth families on the protection and succession of generational wealth. Her work includes estate restructuring, succession planning and diversification, helping families put in place ownership and governance arrangements that meet their needs now and for future generations.
Amy advises both trustees and beneficiaries, giving her a balanced understanding of the legal, practical and personal considerations involved in trust and succession matters.
