Aaran is a Commercial Associate.
Aaran’s day-to-day practice involves supporting clients on various commercial issues, with particular expertise in the preparation, review, negotiation, and management of business contracts.
From start-ups to large corporates, Aaran advises clients across the manufacturing, technology, retail, and transport sectors – working closely with stakeholders to facilitate commercial objectives while protecting organisations’ legal and financial interests.
Aaran’s areas of expertise include drafting commercial agreements, advising on commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services, confidentiality agreements, framework agreements, terms and conditions and IT agreements, advising on contractual rights and obligations, identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, supporting procurement and sales activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal guidance to businesses.

- Providing commercial support to a world-renowned building materials company in connection with its rebranding and updates to commercial contracts.
